Trouble with attachments

Many messages with NPR reports have been having the attachment stripped off.  I have the list parameters set to allow any file with an .npr extension to pass through.  Obviously, that is not happening.   Bear with me while I try tweaking the parameters to get these attachments accepted.  In the meantime, if your attachment is stripped, you need to state in your message what you have to offer and let the interested parties contact you for the attachment. BTW, any file extension that is not .npr should get your message rejected.
